Janetta is a Realtor from Michigan, who transferred her family to Louisville last summer after her son was awarded a basketball scholarship. Now that Janetta is established in our community, she is ready to resume her real estate career.
Janetta learned the art of sales from her grandmother, who sold beauty supplies door-to-door. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, where she set the school’s single season block record (which stands today), she embarked on a professional basketball career. Her journey took her to Portugal where she spent 4 1/2 years in professional basketball, where she won the MVP award of the Portugese Final Four in 1994. Post-basketball, Janetta spent 14 years as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and became a full-time Realtor in 2011.
Janetta is a real people person and looking forward to growing professionally. Her personal quest of “It’s my dream to help your dreams come true”.

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Travis Riley. After graduating from North Bullitt High School, I attended Jefferson Community College where I got my Airframe and Powerplant License (A & P). After college, I was offered a position as a full time firefighter (which I currently still am today) that I accepted because helping others is my number one passion. After a few years fighting fires, I had a yearning to get into the real estate market. I took the leap and became a real estate agent. I have joined a group of top notch individuals at RE/MAX Real Estate Center. As I said earlier, my number one passion is helping others and I would be so honored to help you make your next real estate transaction. Big or small I treat everyone with respect and honesty.
Have a wonderful day.
Michael was born in Louisville, raised in Oldham County, and am a near life-time resident of Louisville.
He has always had family including his parents, Ron and Sandy, as well as my two sisters and other family members living in Louisville and the surrounding areas. He counts many of his friends being people that he has known since the early days of his childhood, some back to kindergarten in Crestwood.
Michael’s first venture into residential real estate was with The Home Store, which later became Coldwell Banker McMahan in Crestwood. After receiving the “Rookie of the Year” in his first year, he ventured into high-end sales outside of real estate. That foray eventually led him to Atlanta, but not as a Realtor or in sales, but instead working for Eastern Airlines.
As the years moved on, Michael found a career in commercial real estate in hotel and resort development, a career that lasted some sixteen plus years. The downturn in the economy in 2008, brought him back to Louisville, “home”. This turn-of-events then led him back to residential real estate almost four years ago, and he has not looked back since!
In his free time, Michael enjoys enjoying everything our great city has to offer. A big “Mac” head, he loves working with Apple products and technology in general. Michael also enjoys neighborhood events in and around Louisville, dinners at all the great independent restaurants we have here, loves automobiles, and just enjoys “hanging out” with friends and family.
