Michael was born in Louisville, raised in Oldham County, and am a near life-time resident of Louisville.
He has always had family including his parents, Ron and Sandy, as well as my two sisters and other family members living in Louisville and the surrounding areas. He counts many of his friends being people that he has known since the early days of his childhood, some back to kindergarten in Crestwood.
Michael’s first venture into residential real estate was with The Home Store, which later became Coldwell Banker McMahan in Crestwood. After receiving the “Rookie of the Year” in his first year, he ventured into high-end sales outside of real estate. That foray eventually led him to Atlanta, but not as a Realtor or in sales, but instead working for Eastern Airlines.
As the years moved on, Michael found a career in commercial real estate in hotel and resort development, a career that lasted some sixteen plus years. The downturn in the economy in 2008, brought him back to Louisville, “home”. This turn-of-events then led him back to residential real estate almost four years ago, and he has not looked back since!
In his free time, Michael enjoys enjoying everything our great city has to offer. A big “Mac” head, he loves working with Apple products and technology in general. Michael also enjoys neighborhood events in and around Louisville, dinners at all the great independent restaurants we have here, loves automobiles, and just enjoys “hanging out” with friends and family.

I have 10 years experience selling homes in the jefferson county and all surrounding counties, I specialize in Hud and other foreclosure properties for the home owner as well as the investor, I have been called the Bird Dog for my ability to locate properties for my clients when others have failed.
Growing up in rural Kentucky, I knew from a young age that I had been “called to serve”. While attending school, I worked at the campus police department and volunteered as a Firefighter and Search and Rescue Squad Member. I moved to Louisville after graduating from Western Kentucky University to pursue a career as a Paramedic. After four years of EMS, finding the love of my life, and starting a family, I left emergency services to go full time in Real Estate. Today, I love my new career working as a REALTOR. It gives me both the personal satisfaction that comes from serving others as well as a more balanced life that I can spend with my family and friends.
I take my role as an advisor and educator very seriously. Coupled with my years of providing compassionate care, this has made me an expert in dealing with people from all walks of life and getting them through what can sometimes be very difficult and very scary situations. I prides myself on treating my clients like family and goes the extra mile to make sure that they are shown the highest standard of care possible.
In my free time Id can be found at the gym lifting weights or out in the fields hunting with my friends. I am also the proud owner of a rescue dog, Maximus, and can often be found in the backyard throwing a ball with my best bud.
