About UsThe local realty with a difference

The RE/MAX Real Estate Center Story
In October 2004, when the Cox’s opened FourSquare Realty, it was truly a broker’s world. Our observations and discussions led us to realize that with the influx of so many new agents during the housing boom, home buyers were missing the education and advice necessary to make such important home investments. Few brokers outwardly seemed to understand, or even care about, the importance of training, serving, and taking care of the agent so they could better advise, serve and care for buyers and sellers. From the beginning, we understood that Integrity, Service, Knowledge, and Care would be the foundations of our business.
In 2008, as the market was turning to eventually undergo its greatest challenges and systems overhaul ever, we realized that we could no longer serve our agents and their clients best by going it alone. We acknowledged our need to affiliate with a recognized system to help us provide the highest quality of service and education for our agents. After considering several franchises, there was no doubt that only RE/MAX values aligned with our own as their marketing and agent educational systems were second to none. If we were going to be affiliated with a franchise, why not be with the best? Therefore, in 2008, we opened our first RE/MAX office in LaGrange and merged with the Crestwood office in 2010. Our second location was opened in 2012 in Middletown, and our third office was opened in St. Matthews in 2013.
Although our operation has expanded, the mission of RE/MAX Real Estate Center remains the same – to connect buyers and sellers with competent, professional Realtors, who demonstrate our personal and corporate values of Integrity, Knowledge, Service and Care.
